My name is Stacy Brasch, and I am a full-time English instructor at Winnebago Public
Schools. I received my bachelor's degree from WSC in 1994 with a major in secondary
education with endorsements in English and speech communication. In 2000, I received
my first master's degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in English.
After that I took a bit of time off from taking classes to focus on the various duties
I had as a high school teacher-speech and drama coach, volleyball coach, and student
council sponsor. In 2002, I began my journey as an adjunct faculty member at Western
Iowa Tech in Sioux City, Iowa. We have since moved there from Wayne to Sioux City,
and I continue to teach for them, as well. In addition to WITCC, I also adjunct for
pg电子app下载, LPTC, WSC and SWICC. I am busy! My husband and I are blessed with three daughters
and one son (ranging is ages 13-24). My oldest daughter blessed our family with a
son, so now I am also a grandma of a busy two-year-old! Let me tell you, that is a
fun role. “Spoil ‘em and send ‘em home” is my motto. As a parent of a child with ADHD
and autism, this content of this course affects me personally and professionally.
